Perishable products are products whose quality deteriorates due to environmental conditions through time, such as meat and meat by-products, fish and seafood, dairy products, fruit, and vegetables. Products are perishable if they need to be refrigerated in order not to spoil.

Deliveries outside of Metropolitan Melbourne
Please note that we will not be able to deliver the following products outside of Metropolitan Melbourne shipping addresses:

all products with weight of more than 2kg or 2 litres per each item; and,

HANDLING
Our staff pick and pack your orders within 24 hours of your order to facilitate delivery to you as fast as possible.
DELIVERY
All our deliveries are now contactless. This means that the driver will leave your package in a safe place on your property, ring the bell and leave (except for any orders with alcohol).
Your order will be picked and packed ready for collection within 1 business day. In general, deliveries within Metropolitan Melbourne will arrive within 1-5 days, except for weekends, and deliveries to National (non-remote) shipping addresses, within 3-7 days.
Any orders placed after 4pm (“order cut-off time”) will be treated as having been made on the following business day for the purpose of collection and delivery.

Failure to deliver ORDER
Note: the following terms only apply where your order does not include the following products:
perishable products;
all products with weight of more than 2kg or 2 litres per each item; and,
alcohol / liquor.
Sometimes the driver cannot deliver a parcel because the delivery address was incorrect, no one was home when a signature was required, or the driver deemed it unsafe to deliver the parcel.

If there is a problem and the parcel could not be delivered, Sendle will update the tracking pages with all the information they have about what the problem is and how to get the parcel delivered successfully.
The parcel will be scanned by the driver if it is available for redelivery.
You will get an email notification (if your email address was used for the original booking) and a card will be left at your place.
Just follow the instructions in the email or on the card about what to do next.
Remember: you should book a redelivery within the timeframe stated in the email or on the card. This is because the parcel will be returned to the sender after the stated time frame.
CANCELLING or MODIFYING ORDERS
You can cancel or make any changes to previously submitted orders, right up until your order cut-off time, without incurring any cancellation fees.
CANCELLING or MODIFYING an ORDER after cut-off time
If you wish to cancel your order after the order cut-off time please contact us on support@happymart.com.au or by telephone on 0424 204 989. Any orders cancelled after order cut-off time may incur a $20 cancellation fee.
PAYMENT QUARIES
If you have any queries about your credit card charge please contact us on support@happymart.com.au or by telephone on 0424 204 989. Online credit card order cancellations or refunds will be processed on the next business day in accordance with your bank handling time.
